What "everything" means

Everything comes with a list. So does what's left out.

"We do everything" only counts with the list next to it. What's left out is what agencies call a separate project, and we'd rather say it upfront.

Included in every plan

  • content for every network: posts, carousels, stories, reels, banners
  • publishing at the best time, catalog checked before every offer
  • comments and DMs: questions answered, complaints off the wall, link in the DM (single-use coupon from Growth up)
  • blog in every plan: topics from what people search, reviewed articles, published on your domain or hosted by unseen
  • reporting and BI: reach, clicks, sales or leads per piece
  • managed paid media: what engages becomes an ad on your budget, in every plan
  • one-tap approval on WhatsApp, or autopilot
  • 7-day onboarding, included: brand reading, visual DNA, playbook and connections
  • versioned visual DNA for the brand, plus what we learn about what works

Not included

  • website and online store
  • brand and logo from scratch
  • events and in-person activations
  • studio product photography (we use your library; missing scenes, the team generates)
  • order handling and customer support (support DMs stay with you)

Articles Google finds, not just posts that disappear

Topics come from what people type into Google. The writer writes in the brand's voice with links to your products. The reviewer only releases at a score of 8 or higher. Approved, it goes to your blog: on your domain or hosted by unseen.

Crib for a newborn: how to choose

Crib for a newborn: size, safety, mattress and what changes until age 2. A practical guide to choosing without mistakes.

score 8.6 from the reviewer · 1180 words · 6 min read · 4 links to in-stock products · FAQ with schema for Google

The right crib is the one that fits the room, has a safety certification and a firm mattress in the exact size. The rest is taste. In the first three months a baby sleeps up to 17 hours a day, and that's when the choice really makes a difference.

  1. Which crib size makes sense in the first months
  2. The 4 safety items certification requires
  3. Mattress: firmness and height matter more than the brand
  4. Is a crib that converts to a toddler bed worth it?
  5. Checklist before buying
  6. Frequently asked questions
Standard or mini crib: what's the difference?

A standard crib is about 52 × 28 in and a mini crib around 38 × 24 in. The size defines the mattress and the sheets, so choose before buying the layette.

Do I need a rocking crib?

No. Rocking helps soothe in the first weeks, but most lock and become a regular crib around 6 months.

When to switch to a toddler bed?

When the baby can get a leg over the rail, usually between 18 months and 2 years.

Communication driven by results

A strategist's BI, switched on all the time

Measuring what converts and turning it into the plan is the hardest job in marketing — and the first one to die in the daily rush. Here, every piece of art and every measurement is done by AI that learns each round — tests 3–4 versions of everything, measures everything, remembers everything and improves every week, at a pace no human team can match. That's how conversion rates go up.

Doing this by hand

analyst + BI + meetings + rework

Someone watching metric by metric, a BI tool configured, a weekly planning meeting, a designer redoing pieces: $5–8k/month in people and software. That's why almost everyone posts in the dark.

With unseen

already inside, running on its own

BI measures every piece every day, with full history — crosses reach with clicks and conversion, decides the week's plan and sends back what doesn't work. You only see the result.

How this raises your conversion rate

  1. Every sales story goes out with a tracked link — you see clicks and sales piece by piece, not loose "reach".
  2. What converts becomes the priority — the week's grid reorganizes itself around what sold; what doesn't convert leaves.
  3. Polls are continuous research — every answer from your audience says what to advertise next, for free.
  4. Zero wasted clicks — the stock lock prevents ads for sold-out products; every click lands on a page that sells.

Conversion goes up because what doesn't convert leaves the grid every week — and you follow the increase in the report, number by number.

A strategist's BI

Reach, saves, clicks and conversion analyzed automatically, piece by piece — what works becomes the priority; what doesn't leaves the grid.

Missing photos, the team creates them

Need a scene your library doesn't have? The team generates the image on the spot, in the brand's style.

Learns from every engagement

Likes, saves, clicks and reach become a written rule for the next piece.

Hunts trends online

Formats and hooks that are performing enter the week's plan.

Big-agency standard

Minimum score 8/10 from the art director — what doesn't pass is redone or discarded.

Thinks in conversion

Live catalog: price, stock and link checked live before any sales piece.

Never takes vacations

Produces and publishes 7 days a week, with seasonal dates on the calendar ahead of time.

Open backstage

You see every version, every score and every reason — the full history of every decision, open.

Anti-embarrassment lock

Seconds before publishing, the team checks price and stock in the catalog — an ad for a sold-out product simply doesn't go out.

Every piece wins a tournament

Each publication was born from 3–4 competing versions: the art director scores them all and only the best goes live.

Brand guard that never sleeps

An automatic validator blocks off-palette colors and low-contrast text before the art director even looks.

You own everything

Visual DNA, pieces and learned rules are yours — if you ever leave, you take the manual and the intelligence with you.

The whole package

Everything the team delivers

  • Month's calendar built on its own, with seasonal dates anticipated
  • Best time per format and per network, learned from your numbers

7-day onboarding

From zero to live in a week

Agency "discovery" takes 30 to 60 days and ends with a proposal. Ours ends with a piece live. You only give the website, the Instagram and approve the DNA.

Day 1

Brand reading

Website and Instagram read: logo, photos, colors, products and what the audience responds to. Visual DNA drafted.

Day 2

DNA and playbook

You approve the visual DNA and the brand rules: tone, what it can and can't promise.

Day 3

Plan and first pieces

Month's calendar ready and the first 5 pieces on your WhatsApp for approval.

Day 5

Networks and comments

Instagram and Facebook connected on an official Meta screen. The team takes over the comments.

Day 7

Live

First pieces published, stories with links, report running. The cycle never stops again.

How it works

The rules the team follows every day

No mystery: quantity, day, time and quality are decided by rule, and the rule is right here.

1

Quantity comes from the plan

Each plan carries a quota per format: posts, stories, carousels, reels and articles. The team spreads it across the days of the month and never exceeds the quota. Getting close, it warns you and you decide whether to move up a plan.

2

Two grids, one team

Sunday night the week's plan is born with topics, campaigns and dates. Every night the daily grid completes the day: sales stories with the right products and the day's poll.

3

Nobody types a schedule

It starts with the best times per format, respects the rules you set and, every Monday, reorders itself by what your audience actually responded to.

4

Score 8 or it doesn't go out

Every piece of art goes through an Art Director with vision and a checklist of more than 190 rules. Below 8, it's redone up to three times. Didn't make it, it dies without you ever seeing it.

5

You approve with one tap

In copilot, each piece waits for your OK in the app or on WhatsApp and takes the next free slot. In autopilot, whatever passed the score is born scheduled.

6

Measures what sold

Every link carries its own code. The report shows reach, clicks, orders and revenue per piece, and what engaged above average can get a paid boost within the limit you set.

Day to day

Everything on WhatsApp — even approvals

No mandatory dashboard, no marketing hires: the owner or the sales manager runs the business's entire communication straight from WhatsApp — approves pieces, sees what got results, checks and changes the schedule. Minutes a day, all in your hands.

approvals, results, schedule and alerts — the team talks to you where you already are

You in charge — or not

Copilot or autopilot. You choose.

The engine is the same — research, creation, critique, publishing, measurement. The difference is who gives the final OK before each piece goes live.

copilot mode

You approve every piece

for those who want to see it first

Every finished piece lands on your WhatsApp before going out. Approve with one tap — or write the change (“swap the photo”, “less text”) and the new version comes back in minutes. Nothing publishes without your OK.

autopilot mode

The team publishes on its own

for those who want results without the routine

The team creates, critiques, publishes and measures on its own, on the agreed grid — only what passed the art director with a score ≥ 8 goes live. You follow the numbers and take the wheel whenever you want.

switch modes whenever you want — it's per brand and changes instantly

We don't sell software.

You don't get a login and a manual to operate a tool. You get the finished service: piece live, number measured, plan redone. It's the shift Sequoia Capital describes in its report Services: The New Software — the next tech giant sells the finished work, not the tool. Worldwide, for every dollar spent on software, six go to services. unseen was born on the bigger side.

Straight questions

What everyone asks

What about strategy? Who thinks?

The team. The brand diagnosis, the visual DNA, the playbook and the month's calendar come out in the 7 days of onboarding, and replanning happens every week with your brand's numbers. What an agency delivers after 60 days of consulting is, here, the start of the service, not a separate project.

Are there real people?

Yes. The operation is run by the team of agents, with art direction and review on every piece, and a person from unseen follows your brand. On the Performance plan, you have a monthly 30-minute meeting with them. Beyond that, WhatsApp answers right away.

Do you really do everything? What don't you do?

We do everything on the list in the What "everything" means section: content, publishing, comments and DMs, blog, reporting and managed media. We don't do websites, brands from scratch, events or order handling. It's written down before you sign.

I already have an agency. How does that work?

You can run both in parallel for a month: the agency on strategy, unseen producing and publishing. Most discover that the missing part was production, and the rest comes along.

Why don't you charge per piece?

Because charging per piece makes the client count pieces, and counting pieces is thinking about cost. A plan makes you think about results. The quota per format exists on the inside, and the team warns you when you're getting close to it.

Who approves what goes live?

Depends on the mode: in copilot, you — with one tap, straight from your phone or replying on WhatsApp. In autopilot, the team publishes on its own only what passed the art director with a score ≥ 8. Switch modes whenever you want.

What if I don't like a piece?

Write the change you want — “swap the photo”, “bigger title”, “less text” — and a new piece comes out in minutes, already learning from the reason. No piece goes live without a minimum score of 8/10.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. The contract is monthly, with no lock-in and no penalty. You subscribe to a plan month by month and cancel whenever you want.

Is there an onboarding fee?

No. The 7 days of onboarding, with brand reading, visual DNA, playbook and network connections, are included in every plan.

I don't have a blog. How do I get the articles?

unseen hosts your blog: on your domain, with a DNS record pointing to us, or at an unseen address while you don't have a domain. Have WordPress? We publish straight into it. The articles are yours and export as HTML whenever you want.

Does it work for my industry?

The team learns your brand's visual DNA — from baby linens to the black of consumer electronics, as you can see in the portfolio above. Store, service, restaurant, clinic: if the brand has a face, the team writes in it.

What do I need on my side?

An Instagram Professional account (free, changes in 1 minute in the settings) linked to a Facebook Page — and that's it. You connect in 30 seconds on an official Meta screen, and the guided onboarding walks you through it.

Where do the photos come from?

From your library, your feed and your catalog. Missing a scene, the team generates the image in the brand's style — but a product for sale is always a real photo, checked against the catalog with live price and stock.

How much work is it to start?

10 minutes: logo, photos and the store link. The first week of pieces arrives ready for your approval.

If I cancel, what do I take with me?

Everything. The brand's visual manual (versioned DNA), every published piece and the rules BI learned from your audience are yours — delivered organized, no retention tricks.

Your brand deserves a whole team.

Send your website and Instagram handle: the team reads both, builds your brand's style and makes three pieces with a score — no scheduled call, no card.
