Privacy policy

unseen is a marketing service operated by artificial intelligence: we create, publish and measure content for your brand. This policy explains which data we process for that, why, and what your rights are — in line with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and other applicable privacy laws.
What data we collect
- Account data: name, email and phone number of whoever signs up and approves the pieces.
- Brand assets: logo, photos, fonts, product catalog and visual references you send us so we can produce in your standard.
- Social network connections: when you connect your accounts (Instagram, Facebook and others), we receive access tokens granted by you through the platform's official login (OAuth). We never ask for or store your password.
- Performance metrics: reach, likes, saves, clicks and conversions of the publications — used to measure and improve your content.
What we use it for
- Creating, approving, publishing and measuring your brand's content — delivering the service.
- Learning what works for your brand and improving the next pieces.
- Communicating approvals, alerts and reports (email and WhatsApp).
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to operate: the social platforms where you authorized publishing (Meta/Instagram and similar), cloud and database infrastructure, publishing providers and AI processors. We never sell data to third parties.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while the contract is active. When it ends, you take your visual DNA, the pieces and the learned rules — and you can request the permanent deletion of everything through our contact, handled within 30 days. Social network tokens are revoked immediately at termination (and you can also revoke them at any time in the platform's own settings).
Data deletion
If you connected a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or a WhatsApp number to the Unseen app on Meta, you can request the deletion of the associated data in two ways:
- Through your Meta settings: remove the Unseen app in Settings › Apps and Websites (Facebook) or Settings › Website and apps (Instagram). Removal revokes access immediately and Meta triggers our deletion callback. Meta shows you a confirmation code and a status link (https://unseen-api.tigraodegente.workers.dev/v1/meta/data-deletion/‹code›) to follow the request.
- By email: write to gustavo@graodegente.com.br with the subject “Delete my data” and the brand name.
In both cases we delete pieces, files, access tokens and metrics linked to your account and confirm the deletion by email within 30 days.
Security
Tokens and credentials are stored encrypted, internal access is restricted and all traffic is encrypted in transit.

You have the right to access, correct, port and delete your data, and to be informed about who it is shared with. Just contact us.
